Online Registration Procedure

Participants are required to complete the registration process through the online registration system.


 

After filling in the online registration form registrants will be able to select the preferred method of payment by credit card or bank transfer. The deadline for early bird registration is March 30th, 2012 (EXTENDED).

Rates are in Euros. The Conference Registration fee includes:

(a), (b) Conference attendance, Proceedings (Book+CD-ROM), Conference Bag, Welcome Reception, Lunches, Coffee Breaks, Gala Dinner, Boat Tours and Farewell Cocktail.
(c) Conference attendance, Proceedings (Book+CD-ROM), Conference Bag, Welcome Reception, Lunches, Coffee Breaks, Gala Dinner, Boat Tours and Farewell Cocktail. Students must provide a proof of their status to complete the registration.

(°) 21% VAT is not included in the fees. From 1st January 2011, new VAT rules apply to the organization of scientific and educational activities in EU countries. Concerning Italy, VAT is due in all cases except public universities, public institutions and public companies (European and Worldwide). Participants affiliated with such a public university, institution, and company do not have to pay VAT. Other institutions and companies subjected to VAT-exemption policies are not charged VAT provided that they can prove their VAT-exempt status.


Registration Policy for Presenting Authors

Publication of the scientific papers in the Conference Proceedings is guaranteed on condition that the Presenting Author is registered at the Conference. Participants registered as Exhibitors are not entitled to give a presentation. Presenting Authors are required to proceed with their registration by March 30th, 2012 (EXTENDED). Each registered Author will be entitled to present a maximum of two papers at the Conference.


On Site Registration

Registration on site will be possible during the entire Conference within the opening hours of the registration desk. A surcharge of 10% of processing fee will be applied to on site registrations.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing directly to the Conference Organizing Secretariat. Refund of the registration fees with a retain of 10% of processing fee will be provided for cancellations received prior to April 30th, 2012. No refund will be provided after May 1st, 2012. However, substitutions of individuals attending are accepted up to June 30th.
